We put our dog, Silva, with sitters through Mad Paws and were really impressed with the service. We live on the Gold Coast and found sitters local to Robina that would have Silva. We were sent pics throughout the night which helped us feel at ease as she is only 6 months old. Silva was walked and taken to the dog park while on her stayWe would highly recommend Mad Paws services to everyone.

I've used mad paws several times now for puppy sitting whilst traveling so that I don't have to leave my young dog alone in an air bnb, where I might worry if she had an accident or became distressed. The mad paws crowd have all been great and so far, my pup has been happy (and keen to go back), and if pup has been under the weather (one case after arrival), they looked after her and sent me updates. I am going to be an ongoing user!!

A great and much better alternative to tranditional kennels! I found the sitter that looked after our dog to me kind and loving and absolutely adoring my dog. It gave me great confidence to have my dog in a home setting as opposed to a cage of a kennel. I know that my dog also had a great time.

it's always an un easy time when we need to leave our four legged babies with others for what ever reason especially a stranger . I am happy to say my experience with Mel was excellent. She sent me photos while we were away which helped with my anxiety. Mel made Ray feel at home. Mel is more than happy to have Ray again which is great!! Fabulous. Our dog came home content. Infact, she had better manners and seemed very settled for days afterward. The experience appeared to be so less stressful than a stay in a commercial kennel. It must also have been the long walks and all the play she had with the pet sitter's own lovely dog, who was just the right size for mutual benefit. The sitter was prompt in replying to any communication and sent several reassuring photographs. The sitter asked lots of questions before picking up our dog from our place, and we drove to the sitter's home and picked our very happy dog up at the end of the holiday. I can't believe I didn't do this before. I've already texted friends in the local community to recommend this sitter.

I was very confident leaving my dog with Rebecca. She was very responsive and let us take Bowie out for the day and bring back in the evening. I was very happy with the user-friendly Mad Paws app and would definitely use it again.
