Amazing delicious fresh waffles!Really friendly staff and fast service! And for those with ocd, the waffles are Perfect for filling with maple syrup and then dividing the wall of the waffle to create small square pools of maple syrup.

Cute cafe and breakfast spot right across the road from the Uniting Church which has some nice stalls to browse through. Service was great; quick and pleasant despite there only being one staff member. The coffee and waffle deal for $13.50 is perfect for a small breakfast before setting off for the day.

Well I didn't have any good but the coffee was decent. Nice little ship with a few seats and some outdoor seating. The girl at the counter was pretty friendly

Service was good. Food was pretty tasty given the cheap cost. Coffee was noticeably better than other places in town. Nice little hole in the wall! If I ever make it back I know where I’m going for brunch!

Had a good laugh reading through all the other terrible reviews that sound so similar to our experience here. We should have checked first! We ordered one huevos rancheros and one vegan rancheros. They came out as the two different versions of the breakfast, except the vegan one had two eggs on it. After I pointed that out, they took the plate back to the kitchen, removed the eggs and bought the same plate back out lol.As for the breakfast itself, save yourself $15 and go buy a can of four bean mix and a can of corn from Woolies and over cook two eggs, because that’s what this breakfast is (ok there were also sliced radishes, a tortilla and shallots). The goats cheese on the non-vegan breakfast tasted off and the mushrooms on the vegan breakfast were barely cooked. Amazing!Props to the wait staff, they were nice!

We stopped here because it was one of the only place open at the time. If I read all the reviews I wouldn’t stopped here still. The coffee was just warm if not cold, couldn’t even taste coffee just milk(I ordered cappuccino). The takeaway banana bread was frozen cold with unmelted margarine on top. I literally had to toss everything I ordered in the bin and went to another cafe in another town. It ruined my morning.

Yay waffles for breakfast/lunch/snack! Best coffee in Katoomba is also an added bonus.Support the locals! Locally owned and run with a touch of attitude (it's probably from the excellent coffee and enormous pots of tea), this place does savory and sweet waffles. It may do other stuff, but why would you? The same of waffles is good, with the only thing missing being the traditional American combo of fried chicken and waffles.Servings good, though you may need to ask for more maple syrup. The waffles can be a little variable and doughy unfortunately - not as crisp as you'd always hope for a place that specializes in them. Still, a great spot for breakfast or lunch on a Blue Mountains trip, and waaaay more personality than most of the other cookie cutter look-here's-a-fried-thing-with-a-side-salad" small town Australia fare on offer in the main street of Katoomba."

They were short staffed, so we didn’t get the best experience. Took a while to get our coffees which we ended up asking for in a takeaway cup. Coffee overall was good.

Almond milk in coffee split. We think water too hot. Tasted terrible.
