Absolute legend opened up today after he was closed to help us out! Genuinely helpful, great bloke!

While cycle touring around Victoria my rear wheel became buckled needing urgent attention. Wayne from All Terrain Cycles in Mansfield sorted out the problem. He fixed up the wheel so it was rideable, and organised for a replacement wheel to be ready for us in Bright a few days later. Because of Wayne and his team, I was able to continue my tour with minimal disruption.

We had a good experience renting our bike here. Friendly staff, pretty much new bikes and most important reliable one.We were not expecting such good bikes.The mountain bike experience was so good, thanks to the well maintain bikes!Thank you Guys!

Guys were super. Helpful getting some new tyres on the bike as I transmitted through. Even paid attention to a new tyre not behaving like it should :)Can’t speak highly enough of them.

I would recommend this crew. Fixed my rear flat tyre in a timely manner. Great selection of MTB gear as well.

All Terrain Cycles are my go-to servicing shop and always do a magnificent jobs. eBikes are hard on components and regularly wear through drivetrains, and ATC always get me back on the trail very quickly with high quality work and excellent communication at reasonable prices. Not a great experience. They made an error and we had to pay for it!We booked online three ebikes for a couple of days and a transfer from Tallarook back to Mansfield. I rang a couple of days before to ensure ever thing was in order and that the bikes had racks fitted for our bags. They confirmed all good.Upon arrival was informed the transfer was only from Yea and it would cost more from Tallarook - ok the description on the website was ambiguous not a good start.We then find we should never have been able to book the transfer, they had taken it off the website - seems I’m a magician and managed to book and pay for something they did not do anymore, while they could (for more money) come and get the bikes, they could no longer pick us up as well, we would be stuck in Tallarook. The website description clearly stated that they would transfer people, bikes and bags.The staff made us feel like it was our fault. We had booked accommodation and an entire trip around this transfer. We found a solution that meant we would get the bikes back to them first thing Sunday morning instead of by 5pm Saturday night, but then they wanted to charge us another 1/2 day rental per bike.In the end we changed our entire trip and only rode half the Rail Trail and rode the bikes back to Mansfield.They ultimately refunded the transfer that I had paid and to add insult to injury the refund was less fees, so cost me $11 to be messed around and get nothing.The staff were not very helpful, somewhat apologetic, but definitely made it our problem and made me feel like I had done something wrong.The ebikes where ok - they had all done about 2500kms and in ok condition. The chains had not been maintained and were completely dry. On the return journey one of the chains broke. The service from Andrew (and trainee) was great - they drove out and fixed the bike quickly and efficiently (the only good service we got - otherwise it would be one star!).The battery on one of the bikes did not carry a full charge and it ran out just before the last hill into Alex, these are hard bikes to only use peddle power up a hill on.. make sure your battery is good enough for the ride. On the return journey we had to charge the battery half way through. (This was only a problem on one of the bikes)

Great service and very reliable. Resolved my bike issue on such short notice with great speed. The staff where very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend All Terrain Cycles.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, Bruce was great to deal with. Set up our whole group of 9 hire bikes, and was very helpful in getting the right bikes for us. Would definitely recommend getting all your bike needs from the shop.
