Pro Bond Cleaning

If I could give 0 stars I would - the cleaner didn't turn up on the day, they took hours to let us know that they had no backup cleaners to come and were terrible communicators throughout. We were able to get our deposit back but would not recommend this stress to anyone moving out on a strict time frame!

I hired them for a bond clean because they provide 100% bond back guarantee.However floors very visibly dirty, cobwebs all over ceilings in 3 rooms , internal windows dirty, spot cleaning on walls not done at all, to the point that there is a small but very visible splatter on the wall that hasn't been touched, appliances are not cleaned on the outside, wardrobe floors not even touched.We don't have any carpets, all hardwood and tile floors.When called to rectify, they wanted nothing to do with it because we sent them the report within 13 days and not within 7 days (we were not aware of these terms beforehand), so basically most of the house is completely dirty.Only the bathroom was well cleaned, but we were there when they cleaned the bathroom.They told us and I quote: Thank you for your email describing the dissatisfaction you have with our service. We appreciate your sincerity and must agree that the service was not perfect.We advise you to hire your own cleaners to re-clean the property.Absolutely do not recommend as they are looking for any way they can to avoid proper work, and to value the cleaning guarantee" no pride in their work at all."

SCAM ARTISTS AVOID! Got a carpet clean" from them - awful job done didn't even clean the carpets he spent 10 minutes vacuuming then left. Call them up to rebook another one

I requested this company for a bond clean because they had the 100% bond back guarantee.I'm fairly certain their professional cleaners" got to my house and decided to scroll through their phones for a few hours because I couldn't notice a single difference when I went to inspect.They were not only 4 hours late but then had the audacity to ask for extra time because I lived in a large property - a townhouse is not large! After reading through many reviews here it seems they've asked almost every single person here for more money for some ridiculous excuse. I returned in the timeframe of the extra 4 hours requested to discover the entire place empty

Very bad experience, this company is a scam. Stay away! They left stains at our house and was a nightmare to get them to return to fix. Communication is a problem and they don’t go back for any bond refunds. We had to pay for their incomplete work from our pocket in addition to what we paid this company. Horrible experience.

I was so delighted with the results of my bond clean. They left my end of lease property spotless. Highly recommended!

I honestly wish I could give negative stars, booked a bond clean with these guys and almost instantly regretted it after receiving a message on the day saying that the cleaner was going to be 2hrs late, however then ended up being almost 3hrs late. I paid an extra $98 because my property was furnished which at the end of the day I was fine with because they’ll need to move everything around to get under the couch etc. After the clean was supposedly done, I went to inspect, only to find that the place had barely been touched, I paid extra for carpet cleaning, however they didn’t even move the bed to clean underneath!! Hell they didn’t even vacuum underneath that’s how ridiculous it was, the skirting boards were dirty, the cupboards were dirty, the stovetop had fingerprints and smudge marks all over it. Absolutely ridiculous, if you want to be ripped off, definitely book through these guys.
