Excellent service from Andrew, the Installers and the other Staff in the Kitchen Centre.

Had a kitchen done a couple years back, was happy with the outcome and decided to use Kitchen Centre for Laundry cabinetry and bench... what a saga, didn't want to come measure as they weren't the fitter, got them to measure regardless, the case manufacturing has changed with their new" machine

I commend Launceston Kitchen Centre for their excellent job in building and installing my new kitchen. The showroom staff were friendly, informative and very helpful, they patiently explained the different types of building materials and helped me pick out the colours and styles of the counter tops, cupboard doors and bench tops. The building and instillation process went quickly and smoothly. I cannot fault the service of their tradesmen as they were professional, polite and respectful.I am very pleased with my new kitchen and I highly recommend Launceston Kitchen Centre.

The quality of work is great, installers did a great job, but after the job was done the guy that we dealt with was extremely rude about a couple things on the phone and I am not impressed. They gave a reasonably competitive quote and use good quality materials though so if you don't mind the customer service then these guys are good.Personally I wouldn't purchase from them again after my experience. A local joiner was willing to match the quote (not beat) but since they did the work on plans etc I gave the job to them. We also need a cabinet for our laundry and bathroom however I am going to go elsewhere and receive the customer service that would be expected.

Absolutely wrapped with our new kitchen. Jullian and the rest of the team know what they are doing. They gave us an ETA, and the kitchen turned up on time exactly as ordered. When the stone benches were delayed (like everything during covid) they went the extra mile and made us up some temporary bench tops so that we could use the kitchen in time for Christmas. Thanks!

7 years after our kitchen install we encountered some issues with a few of the cupboard / drawer handles, so I decided to call to ask the inevitable question - could anything be done?That call resulted in incredible customer service, there was never a moment of doubt in what I was suggesting just first class service and daily communication - the end result the entire set of 22 handles was upgraded.So if you are considering a new kitchen please give this business a look, you will definitely not be disappointed.Many thanks - 5+ stars from me

It looked good on paper. ..installation was ok left a lot to be desired. .scratches on my new tassie oak floor that I had just installed. ..the cupboards and hardware are not good quality and what ever you do don't believe them when they say that the melamine tops are hard wearing. .They are NOT. .we have had the tops changed 5 times and they mark really easily. .we have to cover them with tea towels and cutting boards so we don't get any more damage. ...we will now have to only after 1year get new stone tops that's another $6000 on top ...my recommendation. ..CHOOSE your kitchen supplier carefully and talk to lots of people to find out the best quality. ...Launceston kitchens is not one i would recommend. ..

I have been using Launceston kitchen centre for my building projects for the last 8 year. Always happy with price, attitude and workmanship. Would highly recommend to anyone.
