extremely rude phone service from management!

Always very courteous

Have provided a friendly, professional service to my family for over 10 years, Thank you.

11:30 am on Monday and they are closed, very unprofessional, I have to drive to Bundaberg now.

After resided in the area of the past 8 years, I always found the staff very friendly and helpful

Pay for mail to be posted to your house, never ever gets here, the person just leaves a slip in your box to pick it up from the post office when there is always someone home. The one time they left something here it was out on the dirt road for everyone to steal. I know its bothersome to drop something off at someones house, to get out of the car, knock on their door or beep your horn and tell them to grab their package, but thats your job and thats what youre paid for, not to mention customers are paying for it to be delivered to their door, not to the post office, if I wanted that I'd get a PO box. Hope they read this and try to do better, sick of spending $20 of fuel just to grab mail that should be delievered to my door.

The staff like to chat to customers and hold the line up with absolutely no concern for the people waiting. Not professional at all. Fair enough if no line up, chat all day, but hey when people are waiting to be served that's not on!

Very friendly staff and always helpful.
