Great service and repairs department. Always really helpful with advice and spare parts for my 18 month old Dragon Raptor that has done 6400km with very few minor issues. Any issues and Bike Scooter City have been there to help. Thanks guys!

An absolute scam. Do not purchase from this place. There are four e-scooters that I know of that have all been faulty. All under warranty. Different opinions on what was damaged and where. Water damage came up a lot obviously that says it all for them. We sent ours back paying for freight and like the three other scooters company wanted $900 to fix. If I could give it zero stars I would!

They don't know what there doing apart from being ok at new instore sales... Had my 1 year old dragon raptor serviced there recently, a great little well made device without many dramas at all,, the battery came back with different volts at the key to the whole speed controller assembly... It shows 57.8 volts at the speed controller while at the key it says 57.3 and won't charge any higher... I take it seeing as I'm an engineer and a well paid one at that is they took my new battery and swapped it for an older used one. If I were to complain they will be telling me it was due to water damage and I would be able to buy a new battery I'm sure they charge 800 for them... P,s It's never been wet... Charged me for new break pads and a new break rotor the old one had a few scratches on the edges which you can still see in the pictures I literally only just replaced the pads to see if they'd do them".. they weren't touched apart from a minor break tightening adjustment... Bearings needed to be replaced spoke about the work that was needed beforehand

I was the easiest buy ever thanks to Linc’s customer service. he was so kind to show me the scooter that fits my needs. This is not the closest Bike scooter city from home, but I will return with my friends and family because of the customer service!

These blokes are simply awesome.Dropped in seeking advice on how to fix a problem on my son’s scooter, they sorted me out within minutes, simple and easy.Top people, cannot recommend them highly enough, and I wish them well with their business.
