Decor Blinds

Very happy with the plantation shutters that I had installed. The whole process was incredibly quick (only a handful of weeks between the initial quote and installation). There were a couple of of blades that needed replacing after installation as they were slightly damaged and Decor Blinds happily came out and replaced them very quickly.

My experience with Decor Blinds has been faultless. They have provided outstanding service and every staff member has been so professional and helpful. My window measurements are all on file and I can order more thermalite shutters for my home as budget allows. The product itself is amazing...I'm so happy with the result and can't wait to keep adding them to my home!!

We researched and found a Brisbane based and fully manufactured here. Unsure at first, but we are extremely happy and thrilled with our nearly finished house - we did in 3 stages. Brett was an experienced quoter, we had 2 professional measurers and installers and both were spot on the first time each time. Carpet fixtures, window frames and on our new hybrid flooring. Great work Decor!

Very happy with our new shutter blinds we’ve just had installed by Decor Blinds in x2 rooms today.Spent a bit of time researching the various options and whilst Decor were much more expensive than others, they are manufactured here in Brisbane and are Australian-made.Brett was excellent with his quoting, and Steve did a great job on the installation. Instant upgrade to the functionality and appearance of our home. Money well spent.We will be having Decor back to install shutters in the remaining bedrooms rooms once funds allow it!Would definitely recommend - Thank you.Nick

I wouldn't use this company. I had roller blinds installed throughout my apartment in July. It's been 6 months and have had so many issues with them breaking. I emailed the company to let them know and they want to charge a fee to fix them and blamed it on user error. They stated it's my fault for not knowing how to use a roller blind. I'm very careful with my things and have never had this many issues with a blind before. The blinds don't seem like great quality that's made to last. The customer service is just as poor as the blinds. The lady on the phone suggested something is wrong with me for not knowing how to use a blind. She was very rude. I strongly recommend using another company if you would like long lasting roller blinds.Edit- the company has responded with misinformed information. Not long after the blinds were installed- the chain snapped. The roller was too stiff and it snapped which was completely out of my control. I am well aware how to use a roller blind correctly.The issue now is the clear ball has come through the hole on 2 separate blinds and I can’t roll them back up. I have not misused this product. This company provides a flimsy, low quality blind and now I have to pay.So I have had to call them for a number of different reasons. Not the same reason. And now the glue has detached from the roller and the sheet of the blind and fallen onto the ground.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will have issues shortly after buying and they will blame you. I know how to use a simple roller blind.

Recently had Decor Thermalite Plantation Shutters installed in our house. Tania and Michael were great to deal with, no pushy sales tactics, just friendly, helpful service. Michal did our install and he was outstanding - a top bloke and clearly talented at what he does. He even vacuumed after the install which is a real indicator of the quality of this company and their customer service.When researching Plantation Shutters we did a lot of shopping around before settling on Decor due to them being Australian made (and owned) and their use of quality, non-toxic materials. The warranty is excellent and their pricing is very competitive. We have had the shutters in for about a month now and love them. Our house is much cooler (we are in Brisbane) and we have had a lot of complements from neighbours and visitors regarding how good they look.We cannot recommend Decor highly enough. An excellent group of people and a terrific product. We will be using them again when our extension is complete.

We recently had new blinds installed throughout our home and they look absolutely amazing. Decor Blinds are so professional to deal with especially Andy Denton. He was so professional and accommodating in his sales services and his prices were very reasonable. The installer was efficient and easy to deal with. We also loved that they are Australian made.
