People in this restaurant concentrate on take away and not on people in a restaurant, after we almost finished entrees we were told they run out of beef and we can't have beef dish we ordered, that's on Friday night and the fact we were the only customer in the restaurant, so we asked to replace it with pork dish. After half an hour of waiting for the dish we decided to check what's going on. We were told that they forgot to cook it ... we were the only people in a restaurant!!! With no heating on and constantly open door from take away people it was very uncomfortable to eat there, frozen so called fresh chillies" didn't help either. The waiter suggested to cancel our pork dish order instead of quickly cooking it. On a top of it we were charged for rice we didn't get either!!! What a spoiled night ..."

Very disappointed. Much concentration on continual take away orders Absolutely no concern for patrons in the restaurant. I actually had to go to the counter to get attention for cutlery I did not have for a meal that was going cold - the staff member was packing takeaway. The bill was outrageously expensive & the crispy pork stir fry I ordered was not available.

Ordered the chicken green thai curry, the curry was like boiled chicken with water. Extremely runny and tasteless.. all I could taste was chilli. Disappointed

Delicious food with very generous servings! We were a big group that went at the end of what was an incredibly busy day for the restaurant and we had lovely service and tasty dinner. Not everything that we ordered was available so the team was very accommodating to offer us substitutions so everyone was still satisfied. I went home with leftovers that made an amazing breakfast!!

Unfortunately its true about the slow service, and that they seem to prioritise take away over patrons. Friendly waitress but they are seriously understaffed. Sitting outside was a big mistake, no cutlery, had to get our own water, had to order at the till as we got no service. Food came at different times. Pad thai on a large flat plate looking a bit lost, curry very liquidy with just a few shreds of chicken in it. Overkill on the veg. Tasty food and good prices but they're struggling. Wont dine in again, may get take away and add to the woes of the diners.

Trying to order takeaway and no answer or goes to hold music .. if you don’t do phone orders that’s ok just advise this is the case

Delicious food and cozy atmosphere.Service was fast for our meals. Restaurant is bigger than pictures show. When booking I asked for a table away from the door and we got a cosy private table for 4 near the back. Very friendly staff, great music and relaxed atmosphere. Great prices too.

We'd stopped eating Thai in Elwood because all the restaurants were rubbish. Then Thai Me Up came along and we're back in business... fantastic dishes, friendly service and great prices.
