My Hero’s to the rescue!!!! I was left with no hot water last night and Gas Heater Service Sydney came to the rescue and got my hot water system running in time for me to take a nice warm bath. Had the pleasure of dealing with Adem from the team and he was such a professional and polite boy.

I called this company to come to service my gas heater. The technician Milad came and carried out full service on the heater. He also recommended the gas hose replacement which I took up. I found Milad to be highly competent. He has brought up my gas heater to safe level of operation again.

AVOID. DODGY. Had the displeasure of having Adam come out to service my gas heater. Charged me to service my hot water, then turned off the pilot light and told me i needed a new hot water system. As a kid i often had to turn on the pilot light so i knew what he had done. I told him to turn it back on. He refused. I had to get a pilot lighter from the neighbors and force him to turn it on. It has been months and my hot water system is fine. So basically he turned the pilot light off, then was quoting me for a new hot water system and telling me to buy it now so i had hot water. DODGY! AVOID.

From getting booked in, and having the service and safety check on my heater the same day was amazing.It felt like the office went above and beyond with their service, also have to give recognition to the technician whom serviced my gas heater today! Lovely, respectable man named Adam.Went through the thorough details of the service, every step he did - I was informed, and actually learned a few new things today.Thankyou for servicing my gas heater! See you guys next year, for my routine service. ✅

Had my gas heater serviced by Adem and Gas heater service Sydney was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call with the girls to the job being completed by the technician. It was all a smooth service and would definitely recommend them 10/10!!!!

Gas Heater Service Sydney came out last week to attend to our blocked drain and they were able to get someone out within the hour as the drain was overflowing and they fixed everything in a jiffy!!!!! Can not recommend them enough would be using them again in the future for sure
