Sorry but this a negative and positive post. I have been to the bow on a few occasions now the coffee is great the wraps are great, But the service is not. We have been on a few occasions 1st time we ordered 2 coffees ne long black the other late they took 45 mins t come to the table as they were forgotten about. The secnd time we ordered wraps and coffees we were the only two people in the cafe at the time it also took 40mins, Then a few weeks later when we walked in there two people who were leaving as we walked out after they had eaten their meal they had plates and cups on the table. the whole hour my hubby and i were in there for not one single person cleaned the table there was no one else in the cafe just hubby and i. Im very sorry to say this but the service needs to be changed staff need to keep and eye on tables and be more obsevant. When in their today i orderd some carrot cake and it was extreamly stale and the service was once again not the best. This really needs to be addressed ASAP. I Would also like actual napkins and not tissues n the table come one guys you can do so much better than this.The cafe could be so much better if you put your heart and soul into it.

We came in around 12:30 for lunch, the staff were friendly and the food came quickly.The food and coffee was amazing and altogether the experience was lovely.

Portuguese burger was delicious and fresh on a gluten free bun! Chips were gluten free too and came out hot + well seasoned. Would come back :)

Just next to the woolies in orange, stopped for a cup of coffee and burgers. Had the Portuguese chicken burger, the taste was amazing. I specifically liked the bun, they told me it is a turkish bun.Had the hazelnut latte, they use fish river roasters for the coffee. It is a very popular brand here in Bathurst. It was very well made, not too strong neither too light. Just the perfect mix.Definitely gonna visit whenever I come to orange next.

I ordered as a vegetarian and was not disappointed, they altered the veggie wrap the best they could to suit my style and served me delicious wrap with onion rings, fries and a coffee. Will definitely be back again!

Coffee was only lukewarm, and my toastie could have been called a warmie. Barely toasted at all.Full disclosure, I didn't return to the table after I ordered, probably after roughly 10 minutes. But I asked the person I was with what the coffee was like when it came to table and he said it wasn't very hot at all. Not much chance of us going back.

Toasted croissants were warm on the outside and stone cold in the middle. To top it of they tasted of raw onion. Long blacks were only, at best, 3/4 full. Milk was served in a dirty glass. Not worth it...don't go there

Ordered the bacon and egg burger, with a hash brown, cost $10, almost 20min wait for it, that's fine, fairly busy, I can understand that, but to get a bacon and egg burger that could very well have been vegetarian with the amount of bacon they put on it, and a soggy hash brown on the side that was just terrible. For the price, you'd expect a half decent bacon and egg burger, especially from a burger joint
