I wish I found them earlier. They are simply the best. I went to many mechanics in sydney with my 2012 VW car. Everyone is confused. They are the only ones who have deep knowledge about VWs.Only downside is, sometimes you need more than a month to get a booking.

So rude and unhelpful on the phone. Wouldn’t bother.Asked for a quote on a part and the guy said he didn't have time to talk about it on the phone and i should just go on the website, fill in the form and submit a quote request. Fair enough people are busy but his tone was dismissive and he could have taken down some details and answered some questions since he answered the phone and i'd bothered to call his business. Really bad way to represent a business and attract customers...

Known them for a few years but over 20 years .. now my late father took his VW kombi there , I have never known a great bunch of mechanics Jan and scherick 2 brothers run the show are great , no nonsense look you in the eye tell you the facts , Paula in office but they have David now English guy got a wealth of knowledge you could have a conversation with him about anything cars n bikes in general while waiting on your car or bill etc and Ian mechanic my fav mechanic nice guy too and Stephan a excellent mechanic ...lovely bunch of people , prices are reasonable and competitive but service is excellent for a small workshop.

We’ve never used this business previously but had a technical question with respect to manual transmission gear oil for which we had great difficulty getting a straight answer from numerous VW dealerships.The gentleman took the time out of his day to find the relevant information and provide accurate advice.That’s exceedingly rare these days.

Too expensive. For a cooling system issue i have to go back 3 times and each time the minimum charge was $1500. Fault persisted so i sold the vehicle very cheap. Cost of repairs in 4 months was greater than what i sold it for.

Wonderful service every time from Wolfsburg. We live three hours away but can’t get the same level of service anywhere closer to us. They are always polite, efficient and go out of their way to accommodate us and ensure our cars are serviced and well maintained. Prices are very competitive and their knowledge is outstanding. Highly recommend Wolfsburg Motors.
