Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. I purchased a vacuum that was on sale. When it died in 6 months - their response was what did you expect when buying something that is cheap". The staff basically let me know they think their products are dodgy. They also were annoyed that I was asking questions about the products. I won't be purchasing anything from them ever again."

Staff are absolutely appalling! I called in today to get an item on hold for later today, the man put it on hold and said they close at 5. When my partner went to pick it up he found the shop shut at 4pm with two staff members inside having a chat. He called twice watching them ignore the phone, on third attempt they picked up and said they were closed. After checking the website it's clear it closes at 5pm. I also tried to call but they proceeded to let it ring. Rude and unprofessional, shutting out paying customers. Bunch of bludgers.

I bought a Hoover Air Stick Pro from Godfreys . At first I loved it. Now I can't stand the thing. The maintenance routine is long, messy and frequent. The roller gets full of hair. The unit gets blocked easily.We went away for a while and so now it's out of warranty. To get it fixed they send it away and give you nothing to use in the meantime. I'll NEVER buy again from Godfreys. The staff are very nice but the company policy leaves much to be desired in customer service after purchase.

Mindnight online shopping. Quick and Easy click and collect 9am same morning. Friendly service man, had product ready for pickup and was knowledgeable on any additives for the carpet shampoo. Thanks Godfrey’s Camperdown

Good old school salesmen, will demo any product, I know when I go there they’re specialists and I’ll get what I want, unless their sales pitch works and I buy bigger

Good customer service - reading other reviews yes they are old school sales people, but when you shop for a product like a vacuum you have to get a demo first! A big mistake a lot of my friends have made is think they need a Dyson when there are actually better brands out there.Take the time to ask to demo different vacuums to suit your home, as I’ve sworn by the Hoover vacuum they sold me 7 years ago, and managed to purchase just the replacement head for it very easily which saved me from the bigger cost of buying a whole new vacuum!

Great customer service. Went in expecting to need a new battery or even replacement stick vacuum cleaner but Roy at the Camperdown store accurately diagnosed that the filter just needed replacing. Saved me over $100! Will be going back when/if a new filter/battery or even new appliance needed.

Unfortunately a vacuum cleaner I had purchased from Godfreys at Camperdown had a manufacturing fault which meant I needed to return it a day after purchase. The staff at Godfreys Camperdown were very helpful in this return. They immediately accepted that a manufacturing error had occurred. They offered me a replacement part, but as I was wary that the manufacturing error might again be present, I declined that offer. Again this was no problem for the staff, who asked if I wanted a different cleaner or a refund. I did want another brand vacuum which they not only happily substituted but also price matched to a competitor's lower price. All over, just quick, hassle free and excellent service.

Extensive range of products and very good, helpful service. The sales rep even carried the new vacuum cleaner to my car and put it in the boot. I am obviously looking my age now - hahaha. I would recommend this store very highly to anybody.
