Sam Lavery : The Celebrant

Sam is the best in the industry! From the very first conversation we had we knew that he’d be the perfect fit to be our wedding celebrant. We wanted our ceremony to be light hearted and funny with a little bit of sentimental and Sam absolutely nailed the brief! So many of our guests mentioned to us how great they thought he was and one couple was so impressed they booked him for their upcoming wedding. We are so glad we chose Sam and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a celebrant!

We were fortunate enough to have the wonderful Sam as our celebrant for our wedding on the 18 March 2023.From the get go, Sam has been awesome at communications and making us feel at ease about our upcoming ceremony.he was able to bring exactly the vibe we were after- funny but still embracing the serious side of our life long commitment. He absolutely nailed our ceremony and we had so many guests saying that Sam was the best celebrant they had seen at a wedding and we agree!!Couldn’t recommend Sam any more highly of you are looking for a fun and chilled wedding celebrant. Where to start with Sam. First of all, my partner matt is quite an introvert and it takes a while for him to warm up to people. From the moment we met Sam, Matt was comfortable and spoke to freely and easy with him I knew Sam was the one for us!From ever email to meeting in person we felt like we had known him for years. We as a couple are not very serious people and Sam gifted us a ceremony we only dreamt of (but it was even better!) the way he spoke about our love story to adding small jokes about our football team and pet peeves, everything was perfectly executed. We even had so many guests wish they knew he before now so he could have officiated their wedding! Thank you Sam for giving our ceremony exactly what we wanted and even what we didn’t know we need. Sam was our celebrant and MC for our wedding last week. To sum it up simply- he was incredible! We knew we wanted Sam to be a part of our day from our first zoom meeting. From the lead up (official paperwork, getting to know us, helping with vows, writing our ceremony script), to everything on the day of our wedding- I cannot fault anything. Sam made the whole day feel so... us! Lighthearted and informal, but still romantic. Exactly what we wanted. We had SO many guests comment on how awesome he was, and everyone loved the transition to MC. I've even had friends say they want Sam to be their celebrant- and they aren't even engaged yet!Thank you isn't enough- but thank you Sam. You completely made our day.

Sam was amazing from day one. He made us both feel at ease and everything went very smoothly. He even helped us decide our last name by flipping a coin at the ceremony. Sam was our celebrant and MC and we couldn’t have been happier his services. The ceremony flowed beautifully. He was able to capture exactly who we are as a couple with a sprinkling of his own humour to keep everybody smiling from start to finish.As an MC, Sam was able to keep everyone engaged and laughing as he took us through the formalities of the night.
