Ive been using these guys for the last 2 years and they always go above and beyond. I get all the servicing and repairs done here for a Toyota Prado, a Hyundai i20 and a Nissan X-trail.I recently did a RWC and Michael stayed back late to get it passed in time. I cannot thank them enough.They're a good old fashioned workshop who do the work well, are no bull and are very reasonably priced.10/10

Great mechanics in my whole time of living in Melbourne in last 10 years and seeing many mechanics but these two lovely people, Carl and Michael were different than other mechanics . I took my car there today, they treated me very nicely, they did not want to overcharge me, they did not make the job bigger to charge me more, their charge was reasonable. I will definitely take my car there from now on and I suggest to everyone these two great mechanics

First class customer and motor service from start to finish! Carl and Michael are great guys, respectful and transparent in their communication. I was dreading having to organise a RWC and service to prepare my Renault Koleos for sale. They sorted me out in no time at all, and at a reasonable/fair cost compared to the bigger local shops (yes, you Cox Auto!). Highly recommend, they’ve won my future business, no doubt about it!

Privilege to do business with Carl. He is really passionate about cars and loves his job. He will answer every question you have no matter how irrelevant they are. Very personable and kind. Highly recommend.

This is my best mechanic in South Melbourne looking after my vehicle over 5yrs. It's reliable and budget to my choice. Carl and Michael are very friendly and trustful, always there to help customers.I have saved huge money in recent accident when leaving car parking but crashed to the side pole and broke the tyre. After organized the tow service, I asked Carl for help. surprisingl Carl has repaired my car within 2days.Dispute AAMI would charge me $1700 access fee, it only cost me $220 for the tyre replacement plus a 2nd hand tyre.Appreciate everything.Thank you so much Carl.Best wishesAngela

Attitude is what makes breaks a business.I would like to give a big thank you to the management at Virage Motors.Service with a smile and a first rate attitude is so rare these daysThese people did not know me from a bar of soap.I needed to park my vehicle for 40 minutes as I had an appointment nearby, and because I am from interstate, (Qld) I needed to download a PayStay app, which I did; followed the instructions and yet could not make the app work.The parking meter would not accept credit cards, and I did not have any coins.One of the team from Virage Motors saw that I was having problems, and I explained that I didn't have any coins and my smallest note was $20Without hesitation, they went into the office and supplied an hours worth of coins and gave it to me..What an awesome attitude and helpful demeanour!They had no idea I was going to write this 5 star review… they didn’t ask for it nor did they expect it.However it is really refreshing to see good old fashioned values; and a genuine willingness to help people.Thank you Virage Motors… you made my day.Awesome attitude.If I lived here in Victoria you would have a customer for life.Regards John Van Hulst
