Great guys to deal with

Disappointing experience, failed to meet all deadlines. When I did receive my made to order laminex bench tops they were black - I had ordered white, the sizes were also all wrong. The laminate was also not glued on properly, and fell off on the first use. Would not recommend.

So bought some Ply on friday. Looking dodgy to me so the manager tells me if I have any problem bring it back so I thought OK fair enough and they have to better than Bunnings - WRONG. Both sheets of Hardwood ply started losing there face veneer before I even started cutting. One cut with a 90tooth blade and my TS55 and the face Veneers start blowing out even with a fully supported cut below the sheet. Took them back this morning and the offsider tells me It's Ply it all does that you are using the wrong material" I asked him if Ply is no good for building cabinets to which he repeats "You are using the wrong material that's not Ply is for. Buy your stock else where" $96 for a sheet of Hardwood 15mm is expensive but they fact it delaminates just by looking at it is absolutely unforgivable. Yes they did give me my money back with bad grace but this should not have happened in the first place with sheet goods costing that amount."
