This business no longer does Upholstery Repairs". They only do mechanical failure in furniture. Spoke to the staff today and the dont do anything at all in regards to Upholstery (fabric)"

My repair technician was in and our in 30 minutes and not only repaired my couch but reinforced it and replaced the fabric underneath. He then fixed the runner as well which I didn't know was a problem. These guys go above and beyond. 11/10 great service and I would recommend them.

the workmanship on the repairs to our recliner were good. However the reception/admin is curt and unfriendly. I was made to feel like I was wasting her time and she could do better as she is not an asset to this business. On the other hand the guy that came to our house to quote us was lovely.

Very good service, about an hour turn around to pick up my single recliner, fix the handle and cable then returned another 30 minutes later.Amazing and thanks, I use my recliner after a long shift at work.

Ryan and the team at Furniture Wizards were fantastic. Fully restored our outdoor furniture that was losing seams. They are great communicators and thoroughly delivered on everything agreed. And they went above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction. We will happily work with them again on any and all furniture repairs.
