GT INSURANCE

An absolute joke of an organisation with a typical insurance mentality of paying out a claim for the minimal amount possible. Assessor stuffed me around when they promised they wouldn't place my vehilce on the written off vehicle register (WOVR) and ended up recommending the insurer do so. Vehicle was involved in a theft and driven a kilometer up the road. Have a tracker on the vehicle to confirm the distance. LIcensed smash repair was willing to repair the vehicle with the budget allocated by insurer but was misunderstood by assessor. They also used a car chassis ute only to help determine the payout figure when my ute included a tray. Average price should've been $11,500 but the cab chassis only price ($9,700) dropped it. So much for loyalty. Will be taking my business elsewhere at EOFY. My insurance broker will move all of his customers too. Unwilling to negotiate and wanted me to sort out their stuff up.

I dealt with a gentleman named Alistair Mcleod when one of my plumbing trucks was involved in an accident with a client of GT insurance.I found him to be very professional and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain how proceedings worked and what i had to do to make the incident as pain free as possible. I found it easy to deal GT Global thanks Alistair, and think he would be a good asset to any business.Regards TonyPav Plumbing.

WORST insurance company ever ,I have been trying to claim for 9months but still nothing ,mercy is negotiating invoice I paid for I have never seen where that is done ,I called earlier to speak with one of the Nicholas but the phone went to mercy instead which i didn't want to talk to her because she's always very rude, within 2mins she used the F" word at me and hangup

Hi, we have called your company about 7 times in the past 2 weeks about payment of out claim. On almost ever occasion we get palmed off with a no one's in atm

Absolutely unprofessional and unjust in all aspects of its policies. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
