Fancy Nails Edgecliff

So bad! My nails were left very misshapen. All of my nails were filed to the left. I mentioned this and the gentleman appeared to be fixing them. When he finished, they were all still pointing in one way. This place gets bad reviews for a reason! It’s a shame as the location is premium and super convenient. Fancy nails, please listen to the reviews and fix your issues!

Don’t use them if you want to keep your nails!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I went just to take off my shellac. Got charged $25 for that. They peeled off so much of my nail it still hurts. My nails are now very think and breaking off. One of my nails broke off and my finger was bleeding. Never happened to me anywhere else before.

DO NOT GO!! ZERO STARSMy nails were long going in with two that had broken on my right hand. I asked for a manicure with shellac polish. She cut (even shorter than where my nail had broken), shaped them then did the laziest manicure ever. After the manicure, she started to prep my nails for the shellac I looked at my nails which were all going different directions and some with literal angels (I asked for round) and asked her to even them out/ fix them. She huffed and with attitude told me I asked for round and started aggressively filing my nails. She filed them more and after checking again they were just as bad/ some were more angled than before. I told her I was leaving and would pay for the manicure.She tried to charge me $35 for a manicure, with shellac and take off. I didn't get a take off and she hasn't done the shellac. She then said $25 for manicure and take off. Again, I said I didn't have anything taken off - only the manicure. I asked to see a price list and she said the didn't have one. I ended up paying $20, leaving and going home to fix my nails myself.

I always feel welcome here and the owners and staff are very accomodating to any look you're after. They have a great selection including chrome / glazed nail options. 10/10 overall. Thank you for brightening my day :)

Very poor selection of OPI Gel Polish colours and staff unwilling to help find particular colours. Walked out and went elsewhere where I had a much better experience.

Amazing!! The service here is unbeatable by any of the nail salons I've been to before, and the prices are significantly better than any of the other salons in the area. The selection of colours is great, especially for SNS, and the staff always provide helpful suggestions. I recommend Fancy Nails to all my friends and they are always welcomed and treated to an amazing experience. I would give more stars if i could!

I have had leg waxes ,manicures and pedicures at fancy nails a few times and the experiences were ok.However when I got my legs waxed, the owner who was waxing made me feel like I was a nuisance to her. She was very short and cold with me. The room was messy and dirty.Recently I got a manicure and pedicure with normal nail polish, the owner was doing my manicure. When the colour was going on I noticed the polish was very clumpy and it was very uneven.I asked her why is it like that, she said just wait till the end it’s because it’s matte.I repeated myself and added no it looks clumpy and showed her. She denied it and then said let me show you and added the topcoat on two of my nails.I said please stop and remove it. She did and then overcharged me when I paid.It wasn’t the most pleasant experience to spend anHour at the salon and leave with unfinished nails.I wouldn’t recommend this place.
