Shows bias towards selected residents, does not investigate matters of concern or follow proper and due course in running and managing a strata committee. Not at all recommended.

Non responsive, does not email back, does not address matters raised, no AGM in 2 years despite multiple residents asking for it.

They are non responsive to emails, the strata manager is friends with one of the residents who gets what she wants regardless of the other residents, if the strata manager doesn't get what she wants then it's a no go.
