The Achieve Centre/Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 Macarthur

This is a great family orientated martial arts studio. Martin and Jenny who run the business are genuine, honest people, that are dedicated to having students achieve their best. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship and camaraderie.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Achieve Centre and Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0. Nicole, Achieve’s PT is great. She is passionate about strength and conditioning. She runs high energy and fun classes and also provides one on one PT. She focuses on technique ensuring that you get the most out of your training whilst reducing the risk of injury. Achieve has a large number of world class Kenpo 5.0 instructors. The team is led by Martin and Jenny who provide a friendly and motivating training environment. Not only are these instructors extremely skilled and passionate, they are teaching a martial arts system that prides itself on evolving the art to maintain its legitimacy and integrity in today’s society. I would absolutely recommend the Achieve Centre to anyone considering enhancing their fitness or wanting to learn a martial art.
