LPR Toolmakers are great people to purchase tooling from. Excellent products, very high quality and an extensive range of tooling and accessories. I have made a number of purchases from them now, their delivery times are very quick and there is no issue whatsoever with returns. Very happy with dealing with LPR.

I've made a few purchases with these guys over the past 4 years, my last purchase was equally disappointing.They never return phone enquiries, even with follow-up; I waited 6 weeks after seeing if they would get a reamer for me (Even as an expensive one off from the business that machines/supplies some of them to them).After 3 weeks I called the other business that makes them for LRP (they don't sell direct to public) and *I* did all the work by getting the lead time, qoute, individual part number and they said it wouldn't be an issue if LPR call them. I let LPR know all that.. anouther 3 weeks went by with no contact from LPR.. I just ordered direct from the USA eBay.I don't care if it's a small family business, I gave better service at a 14yo working at Maccas and I was speaking with adults.80% of stock is just flogged inventory from overseas and over-priced odds and ends. It's not just the bad service.Last purchase I phoned for clarification before buying something and was assured it was what I wanted. Low and behold, it was not as they depicted/described again.Today is the day I got tired of giving this small aussie business any more chances.

Had trouble with my order and Kyle was straight on to it. Very helpful with great communication, he went above and beyond to fix my problem immediately with no fuss. Definitely recommend and use this service again. Thanks

Just received two small diameter metric hand reamers, and the quality appears to be very good with excellent grinding quality evident.Much higher quality than the cheap Chinese offerings that a friend has used and found to be brittle and very low grade steel used. One hole and they are done!LPR posted these items very quickly, but the postal system let them down taking a bit longer than expected!I'll be buying again after a good experience this time around!

Ordered two items, received exactly what I ordered and arrived very quickly. Not only that but somehow I (un-knowingly) overpaid some postage which was promptly advised and returned to my bank account! Brilliant service and a quality product! Many thanks Len and staff, I won’t hesitate to buy from you again!

I bought a set of 4 pin vices online about two months ago and promptly received my order within a few days. Very happy with the quick turn around.Sadly one of the pin vices was found to be off-centre so I left a message at LPR's website, quoting my receipt number.I received another pin vise in the mail yesterday.No photos or drawn out emails were needed.I appreciate good customer service and would like to thank LPR for looking after me.Their no-nonsense approach has helped retain me as their customer.

This business stocks some very useful and hard to get specialised items. There are many things on their web-site, that I have never seen in the local stores I have frequented over the years. And the prices seem fair. My order was dispatched fast, was packed appropriately and reached me across Australia quickly. 10/10.

Just recieved order for a knurling tool. Impressed with the quality of the tool as well as the price. Order shipped next day, great service.

As a Google reviewer, I debated long as to whether or not I should post this review. However, I felt others should know my experience with this company. They have made mistakes in the past as in sent me a tool post claiming that it was soft enough to turn a counter bore. When I received it, I had to send it out to get ground at my own cost.This time I made an order for carbide tips and 2 quick change tool posts. I was explicit as to what I wanted however I received the wrong tips and 1 of the tool posts was wrong as well. I understand these things happen. I rang and told them about the incorrect items and this time I sent photos of what I wanted. I was told that I would receive reply paid envelope to return the incorrect items.What happened next is untenable when trying to resolve an issue. I then received the incorrect item, from them again! And no reply paid envelope. I was not happy. I had since found out in the meantime that LPR charges 3 x the amount for the caribide tips I had ordered. As their office had closed I sent an email explaining what had happened. I then received a torrent of abuse and claims that I had orchestrated this to profit from the events. So I let it go that night. In the morning I posted the tips back under my own cost and time as an act of good faith. I then rang and spoke to one of the sons. What followed was more abuse and actual threats this time. I am sure the son was under pressure due to the owner being unwell however in the end it was LPR that sent the wrong items not once, but twice.
