I went in today and there was a girl there who said she was new which is fine but she couldn't really answer my questions which weren't complex (eg. how many ml in the dropper etc) she was also quite in my face and wouldn't let me have a quick browse. I did buy a couple of things but probably would have bought more if she wasn't there tbh. what is the owners hours please?

What a wonderful sales lady Kari (I think that was her name). She was so helpful, kind and took the time to really talk through the product range tailored to what I needed. Definitely a strong asset to this business and if all your staff are like this, well you are likely offering some of the best customer service on the Sunny Coast! Well done and I will be back again :)

Me and my friend came into this shop today and we were greeted by Lenny who was very friendly. She had so much information about the products, you could tell she was passionate about herbs and natural products. I want to come in again soon because the shop has so much to offer. Was my first time coming here and was delighted by the customer service. The salesperson made my friend and I some amazing damiana and peppermint tea, I am not usually a tea person but this was delicious. The salesperson was very helpful and I am happy with my herbs from here. I will for sure be back!
