Rude on the phone! We run out of gas on Friday and was told it was our fault and we have to wait until Thursday for our gas to get delivered

Poor service, have trouble knowing what is and isn’t gas compliant. Took weeks to rectify their own mistake while running us out of gas twice in winter in the process.

Absolutely appalling customer service!I have been without gas since Sunday, it’s now Wednesday and despite being told I would receive a refill today it won’t be till tomorrow. I called last week to inform them I was almost out of gas and was told I was scheduled for Tuesday and it would be fine, it ran out on Sunday and despite my call telling them it would happen I was told on Sunday I had to wait till Tuesday. On Tuesday I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver because of road work in my street but the driver didn’t bother to ask if he could get through. The road works men informed me that of course they would have been given access. 5 phone calls to elgas so far… Hopefully tomorrow!

My last replacement gas bottle was delivered within 3days without any fuss. Thank you
