Great experience with Pedders Mascot. Needed shocks replaced on our family vehicle. Our local mechanic had quoted us a significant price to have the work done during a routine service a week earlier. Told the mechanic not to bother before phoning Bill who provided me with a more than competitive price over the phone. After taking the car into Pedders, Andrew and the workshop team competed the works and actually saved us even more by identifying components of the suspension system that were still in good working order and did not need to be replaced (i.e. bushes, mounts etc.). Honest, professional service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend

Great customer experience. I took my 69 MGB to them. they assessed the car and provided me with a complete report. We discussed jobs that needed doing, gave me a quote and did the repairs on what I agreed to. As I was not expecting this much and covid, they offered to pay in instalments. Bill from Mascot has been extremely helpful and always took the time to explain/show everything to me.

Bill and the team of Pedders Mascot are awesome! friendly and accommodating. They did my car's suspension upgrade with no hassle. Another thing that really impressed me is they've figured out what's causing the rattling noise that was bugging me for a long time and even the technicians from the dealer couldn't figure out! Although, sometimes response to email does tend to lag, but I totally understand that their branch gets busy which is good indication that many people trust them for their service.
