Great staff and has all the stuff you need for landscaping and diy projects. Manager Brad was excellent. He went out of his way to get what I wanted.

Recently took my elderly parents to Steve Jones Hardware and Landscaping looking for rocks/pebbles. There was a great selection which made it easy for them to choose. We would also like to give Brad a massive shout out for his patience and professional help and advise. I believe my parents have gone back a second time now and was met with the same high customer service from Brad as the first time.

We have been redoing our landscaping. The service, quality of goods and help has been terrific. Brad and Dan helped select bush rocks that will feature in our garden, along with plants and ground cover. I'm really happy I found them. Definitely recommend. 10 stars.

Referred to Steve Jones Hardware and Landscaping from a friend, and truly remarkable service. My friend lives close by and was helping us out with some really much needed yard work. He said this was the place he used and as he lived close would be easy for him to pick things up.The call, yes: there is an automatic message asking you to hold. There is something very unique and fun about the message, so you are able to have a bit of a laugh while on hold. Well Done team!Each person was polite and on the ball with. Due to my tiredness and fast paced few days, I have only three names in my memory: Jack enjoys his work, polite, professional - listed to the unusual request and needs and gave me the details of the person who I would need to talk too. Gave me a time to call back and actually took my details in case they would be able to call sooner.Stuart was polite, professional and while enjoying his work has some fun: always great to have a giggle.Brad is the manager and after speaking with him, it is clear that Steve Jones Hardware and Landscaping prioritise **customer service <3 they really care, they really do; product knowledge, building relationships with their customers, listening to each individual customer needs (which would be over 100 a day, and then remember them in further chats) and this is led by the top: I firmly believe if there are actions or behaviours at a workplace it is because it is being caused by the top or they are allowing) Brad is demonstrating the exact behaviour and professionalism (above business and customer focused values) he is asking for by each of his team members.This was not isolated to me; my friend Brian went to pick up the items agreed too by Brad and myself, and Brian had only positive things to say, he could not praise them enough.The Steve Jones Landscaping Team really came through for us in more ways than words can describe; anyone in Everton Hills/Albany Creek/ Stafford/ Chermside West and surrounds are very lucky to have them.Team, keeping doing what you are doing!

Mostly positive, good service guys are usually willing to help you out. A bit dissapointed today trying to get multiple loads and had the gates barricaded and shutting them at 3.55pm. As a previous small business owner we would be slammed if we closed early. And yes, I should have been more organised but advertised hours are there for a reason. Luckily it wasnt a too long a drive home.

I recently purchased some landscaping hardware over the phone and spoke with Brad. He was very pleasant and thorough. I had a great experiencing with Steve Jones Hardware and totally recommend them.
