rang to discuss a car and all he wanted to talk about was cars over 3 years should be recycled like in Europe or Singapore then told me his hourly rate, $180 per hour seriously this is Perth not the Pilbara very expensive. would never use this company much better rates and service out there.

I really appreciate how John educates whilst doing car servicing & repairs, he is super knowledgeable & passionate about his profession. I have been driving and getting car servicing internationally for 25yrs. I'm a dyslexic learner & I really appreciate how John takes pictures of the service / repairs & puts the pictures in a service history booklet, then takes time to educate on the service, repairs & replaced parts. This has really helped me become more informed, better understand & empowered to better care for my car. Plus as a woman I find that Johns honesty, professionalism & integrity is really appreciated in a proffessesion where I, and many others have previously experienced the opposite. These guys actually take the time to explain your vehicle to you and provide photo evidence of all the work they carry out. This helps you trust the work is getting done and no unnecessary charges are added. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

Do not recommend this mechanic. Brought our car to them for a second opinion to have a loud noise diagnosed. John agreed with first diagnosis and proceeded to 'fix' the problem, however upon collecting our car, the noise was still very much evident.Despite his assurances that the noise didn't affect the mechanical ability of the car, the same weekend, it then broke down on the side of the road in Bunbury on a public holiday. The actual problem was immediately evident to a mobile mechanic, and later fixed by another great local Bunbury mechanic so we could then bring our car home to Perth.After contacting John to advise of the subsequent issues, he proceeded to lie about his misdiagnosis and said he never heard the noise in question! Dishonest and no integrity.

Excellent Service, Explains all work done, follows up with photo's of work done. I would trust these guys anytime. Very Happy Customer
