Royal Massage Dromana

Yesterday l was fortunate to have a massage at this establishment. I felt it was the best massage l have ever had, the lady who massaged me was mindful of the pressure and if it was good for me, the ambience was very relaxing and everything was spotless. I would like to go back for more. I live over an hour away but it would be worth it. THANK YOU LADIES

Booked a 1.30pm appt and checking my phone arrived at 1.26. I asked to use the toilet before being shown to a room and asked to prepare for my full body relaxation massage. The friendly young lady came in and my massage started around 1.35. Not sure the lady had a lot of experience as she appeared to fumble around without much confidence using probably 1 teaspoon of massage oil for the whole massage.While still on my stomach she told me the massage was finished. I looked at the clock on the room and it was 2.23pm. I said it was for an hr and she smiled and said yes 1hr and left the room. No turning me over for a full body massage and left with some soreness around my neck after the lady used an odd pressure point technique around my ears and jaw.I dressed and went to pay and said that wasn’t really 1hr. The male at reception said yes you started at 1.25pm (before I even got there and even though it was booked for 1.30).I know around 12 mins doesn’t sound long but it’s 12 mins (20%) of my massage time. He offered to take some money off the $70 price but it wasn’t really about the money. I wanted an hr massage. I paid the full amount and left.It’s now 2 days later and my neck is sore and have had ongoing headaches I’m guessing from that pressure point stuff.Pretty disappointing experience given the competition and it’s their busy time of year.Went next door to the Pier St Kitchen. Feel free to read my review as it was much better.
