I would like to say that Peter from Anderson Family Real Estate is an amazing and knowledgeable agent. From the start of me requesting for an appraisal to receiving the appraisal, their service are more than wonderful. He is also very caring and honest. He delivered what I needed in short period of time, I received so many information about real estate that I did not know before, their team works very efficiently and always keeps me up to date. Their presentation is the best I've seen by far after dealing with other agents! I might not be selling right at this moment, but when I am ready, I know I would choose Anderson! I would definitely recommend this agency to all my other family members and friends. Thank you guys!

Very professional real estate organisation in Sandgate, highly recommended after moving from another real estate company in Aspley. Peter and his team view your rental property as an asset to maintain and improve upon and tenant it accordingly. In addition, their familiarity with the Northern suburbs and Sandgate area greatly assist in decision making around timing of improvements.

Peter always make selling easy and fast. I first met Peter in 2009 after all other agents failed to sell my property at my asking price. Peter knocked on my door and persuaded me ' to give him a go'. Peter sold my property quickly for my asking price. Since then I have engaged Peter many times. My children have since sold through Peter. I would not sell through any other agency.

I first thought very highly of Peter when buying a property from him, however as soon as the owner agreed on the price - the true colours came out. He didn't return phone calls, would flat out refuse to speak to my husband, and it turned into a very stressful sale. Furthermore, he promised that the rubbish at the property would be removed prior to settlement - however, when the time came, he did nothing to keep his promise. Would not recommend, and will never use to buy or sell another property.
