I highly recommend. From the very first class I have enjoyed Sanela's enthusiasm, patience, love of Yoga, and demeanor. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.As I get older I feel myself becoming less flexible. These Yoga sessions are helping me to regain my flexibility. I look forward to this class more then I can say.

Sanela is a marvellous yoga teacher she tells you what the posture is good for.Sanela includes interesting information about how yoga Improves metabolism and lifestyle.Sanela has helped me with recuperation with a very sore leg buttocks and sacrum Sanela was gentle but very effective thank you I can highly recommend her.

Sanela is a fantastic, engaging and welcoming teacher. She really loves what she does, and it shows. Her classes are deeply moving, very relaxing and aid in shifting emotions in the body to bring you into a harmonious state of being.Very highly recommended!!!

Sanela is a phenomenal instructor and I always leave feeling so challenged but relaxed at the same time. I couldn't recommend Holistic Yoga Studio enough, I would feel lost without my weekly classes
