I had a pair of Luxaflex Duette blinds, about 13 years old, one blind was unlevel and both cords needed adjusting. Couldn't get them repaired by Luxaflex or any of its distributors - they only wanted to sell me a new pair of blinds.Made the call and Nick came over same day and was able to fix the blinds on the spot.Highly recommend Nick.

Really happy with Nick and shutters quickly, he came measured the house quoted me much cheaper than anyone else and installed the shutters 3 weeks later. Nick worked until the late hours of the night to make sure my install was done same day, just a gentleman and was a pleasure to have him. So stoked with the results.

Nick came all the way out to our location on the outskirts of Sydney to measure & quote. Verbal quote was provided while he was there, then emailed to us as well. He was clearly knowledgeable about all his products, gave good advice and was accommodating throughout the process. Installation was done by Nick, after hours, due to his busy schedule, and we are very happy with the end results. Nick seems to be working extremely hard doing the quote & installation process himself, and no doubt many other business tasks behind the scenes as well. Customers may have to be a bit patient if expected time commitments are sometimes not met, like answering emails/phone calls/ etc, immediately. He seems to be doing his best to get out there and provide a service/ quality end product to his customers. We’ve had our shutters for a few weeks now and are very happy with the quality, function, and appearance of them.

Terrible, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT FAKE, this company has not returned deposits, they block calls, they won't respond. If you think they are legit and the bad reviews are fake check with Fair Trading before you buy and you will be able to verify the number of claims against them. Do your due diligence.

I engaged with Nick for shutter installation at my new place recently. He has been working very hard to fulfill the initial agreement, regardless the backlog of work causing by international shipping and manufacturing delay, as well as under staff. Nick is just able to deliver the shutter in 2 weeks time, which is amazing!

Super fast! Super high quality. 4 week turn around for 5 shutters over Christmas! Very happy with the shutters besides some minor drooping in the middle! Will be ordering more shortly! Very reliable.

We have had our plantation shutters on order since 27/02/2022. Almost a year now. We have paid Shutters Quickly $4178.46 deposit but to date no supply and no installation. Have been given a new excuse by Lance and Nick every time they rarely" answer our phone calls. (Poor communication). We have reported them to fair trading and are now taking legal action. Dodgy++ "Shutters Quickly" is that some kind of joke?"
