Blue Gum Retreat
Nice place to stay, could be even better.The good:House was lovely and clean, really well stocked, Wifi, good linen, comfortable king sized bed, big level lawn area, awesome views, yellow tail black cockatoos daily, accepts small dogsThe bad:ALL the flyscreens need replacing, the flagstones on the verandahs need grouting or something because everyone hurt their feet, the queen bed on a slat base, garden needs some maintenance, the ceiling is vaulted with only Perspex or glass forming the top of the wall so light from the livings areas was an issue at night in the bedrooms

Blue Gum Retreat
This is a fantastic little Aussie retreat. It's perched up on a hill, so has really nice north-facing views, and lots of nature/wildlife around. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and spent most of the weekend by the fire. They have an outside one and a potbelly inside which keeps the house really warm. It's fully equipped and we didn't want to go back to town so the additional laundry fridge was really handy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The river was cold but incredibly beauitful. Thanks Ali for hosting us!

Blue Gum Retreat
Such a great weekend in Bellingen at Blue Gum Retreat. House had everything we need - coffee machine, wood stack for the fire and the comfiest bed ever. I’ll be back! Missing those views already
