The owner of this business Mr. Nava Murthy is a cheater & such a dirty person as doing frauds. So everyone be careful. Very very bad, dirty, pathetic experience first time in life. Any bad/dirty word is less for him.

We had an excellent experience with our first time buying blinds from dexterwindowfashions. Customer Service was excellent, blinds came in on time. Pick up went smoothly and quickly. Thank you for this never to forget experience it is greatly appreciated. We will be back ????

Very, very bad customer service experience purchasing from this company. Originally bought from them via eBay, where their service was great and prices were very good (turns out the person responsible for handling their eBay orders has now left the company). Then their eBay communications for an attempted second order were not very helpful, in contrast to the first order. I ended up ringing them directly on a Friday. The man who answered told me to transfer the money directly and that the blinds would be made the following Monday. I texted him the details of the blinds and did the bank transfer. Next Monday, nothing happened. Despite repeated phone calls and repeated promises to deliver the blinds soon, nothing happened until two Fridays following, which is 14 days since the original bank transfer. Nothing would have ever happened if it had not been for me actually shouting on the phone at the boss' male assistant on that second Friday. After that, I received a call from a woman who was the first person who seemed to have an understanding of customer service. She was the first one from Dexter Window Fashion who used words like please, thank you, sorry, etc. The proprietor of the business never uses these words in conversation. Then the blinds were finally delivered late on Friday evening, around 7pm or 8pm. The delivery guys called me as they left and asked for my address, so I texted it to them. When they arrived in my street, they called me again and asked me to come out of my house because they couldn't find it. Turns out they were looking for number 35 instead of number 36. I checked my phone and had texted them the correct address, but somehow they managed to confuse it. Luckily the blinds were the correct measurements and everything was complete. The next challenge was to get a receipt for the $420 I had spent with this company. I called the Monday after the delivery date and was promised an email receipt the following day. No receipt turned up in my inbox. So I called again on Thursday and was told that the person who does the receipts would be in on Friday. Nothing happened on Friday. The following Monday, exactly 24 days after having done the bank transfer, I rang the owner and shouted at him. Within half an hour or so I finally received the email receipt. So if you enjoy making repeated phone calls that produce no progress and if you enjoy having to shout at people to get something that you have already paid for and are legally entitled to, then you're going to love buying from this company. If you enjoy being lied to repeatedly by the owner, you're going to love Dexter Window Fashion. I did end up receiving my blinds and my email receipt, but it shouldn't have been so difficult. I had to make about 20 calls in order to get the blinds and the email receipt from Dexter, according to my phone.

This is the 3rd time that I have used Dexter Window Fashion Blinds to furnish my home. The first home was a renovation and the next two were new builds and have been totally satisfied and happy with the workmanship and service. Lisa and Rogger have been very professional with their sales service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them and the product as it is the BEST. I have had everything from curtains, blinds to outdoor blinds. Everyone who comes to my home always compliments the quality of my selection.

We had 15 blinds installed in our brand new house With in 2 days from the day they measured the job, and saved $900 compare to another lowest quote. we will recommend to all our friends.

This blind works really well to block out light and cold. My baby is finally taking naps in his crib now thanks to Dexter Window Fashion.Customer service was great. I lost the mounting brackets. I emailed them asking to purchase new ones and they mailed me new ones free!Very easy to install.

I had a genuinely horrific experience with this company - They got my order size for a set of blinds incorrect not once but TWICE and neglected to refund me for 2.5 weeks after I returned their mistake on my own dime. Do yourself a massive favor and never employ these people.I was astounded at their failure to provide my order and ended up working with another business. I’m STILL waiting to be refunded.

Ordered some Rollar blinds from this factory and received within 3 days at a reasonable price.

I got all my windows done with them he is also under the name nava moorthy on Facebook sites selling sites sometimes changes namesDO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HIM !! HE IS THE BIGGEST SCAMNER EVER !! I had my whole house done after a few things went wrong but I should have listened to my mind after not turning up few appointment s ...when I meet him thought he was nice and a true person until my bathroom blind didn't come keeped say it will mths pasted finally my blinds came for whole house ..but no bathroom he made something up then he put blinds up I noticed his just drilling holes were ever to fit blinds on ..go my son to help and keep eye out on him ...the bedroom one I left coz reno wasn't finished so when finished it got put up ..to my surprise it wasn't the size for my window it covered half window rang him straight away ..NOW ITS BEEN 3-4 MTHS CHASING THE LAIR AND SCAMMER FOR IT TO BE FIXED...keeled promising he come dosnt show up ! JUST DONT GET IT FOR A SMALL THING LIKE THIS he just can't be stuffed fixing and making himself look bad DONT KNOW HOW HE SLEEPS AT NIGHT ALL THE PPL HIS RIPPED OFF ? And stressed out ..HE NOW HAS BLOCKED my number instead of fixing it . but I can still go to his business ..what stress he put on ppl I don't need more stress with my health and trying to still finish my flooded house !! Plz ppl google him or any others talk to ppl before u end up like I did ..don't give five star if they ask u before all goes good !!
