Great service and very friendly professional staff looked after us very well...no problem too big or small..they will fix it.

When Heath returned my call before the office had even opened on a Monday morning I knew that we would have a good experience. Even though they were running a bit light on with staff he managed to fit us in, tracked the part we needed and made sure it got there when required and had us on the road in time to drive all the way back to Trentham in Victoria in time for an important meeting. These guys are great - called in over holiday with a small issues with my Ranger and they fixed it then and there even though they were super busy.

Our car broke down outside of Warwick. We arrived at closing time. The service and parts staff assisted us to locate a motel and transported us there. Received a call by 8 the next morning they had diagnosed a broken suspension part. This was ordered from Brisbane and we had the car back that afternoon. Amazing service from all the team there.

These guys are awesome, travelling through towing our van (Melbourne based) & had another failure of the GPS system in our Everest. Called on the off chance they could book it in & have a look, Heath the service manger said when can you drop in? We will have a look while you wait.When we turned up we were seen in about 5 mins, Heath came out extracted the SIM card identified it as an old version (k2) went inside grabbed a newer K3 card rebooted the system, haven’t had a problem since.No charge super super helpful, that’s wha5 I call old fashioned customer service, if we are any where near when next service is due we will go out of our way to go there.We had just had the car serviced in Wodonga three weeks previously where they proudly told us they had updated the GPS free of charge!

We are from Brisbane, and driving all the way to Warwick to get our Ford Ranger was no big deal. Dealing with Chris and his team was an absolute delight, Chris did all the paperwork and got the car ready for us as expected. I wouldn't go anywhere else... For the absolute best customer support, service, and price I would rate Chris and the team 10 out of 10 stars.

Passing thru Warwick and shredded a tyre- staff went out of their way to help me to get it to where it could be sorted. So thankful.

Friendly, informative, prompt and courteous. We travel from Toowoomba to have our car serviced. We then enjoy the friendly shopping in town while waiting for the car to be serviced.

Had an amazing buying experience when I bought my Navara from Chris, Craig and the team at Warwick Nissan. Excellent service, not pushy and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this great local dealership!
