Professional and transparent service. My old car needed some parts replaced, they arranged best suited parts and kept me in the loop with regards to pricing and tracking, totally satisfied with the overall customer service.

Dodgy business please please stay away. Handover my car to diagnose an engine sound, after 3 hrs they returned the car with diagnoses to replace Tensioner estatmate of $695. Next day found they actually break the Tensioner while doing diagnoses there was no issue with Tensioner ( see picture attached). To hide their cheating they didn't charge me for the diagnoses which surprised me at first....but actually they have damaged my car costing me $695.Never go there ...they are cheaters...They refused to remediate the damage....now I have to pay the cost the damage they done...

I have been taking my cars here for services and repairs since Mike took this business over many, many years ago. Mike and his team are lovely to deal with and go the extra mile. They do a great job on my car every time and driving it after they've worked on it is like a dream. Their prices are very reasonable. They always phone me to check whether to go ahead if there are costs they think I may not have anticipated. They let me know of anything they think may need attending to in the future wherever possible. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Mike is an honest, professional and accommodating owner who cares about his customers.

I couldn’t recommend the team at Mt Druitt Automotive enough. Peter assisted me with a service and also fixed my brakes when I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I found the service to be helpful, informative and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back for sure!

So rude needs to inform customers of what is happening on each daysSpent my days off down there with no results which I did not get payedThis company has gone down really bad and so very over priced just like to say also thank you for stuffing up my holiday now I have to spend time find a Machanic in Queensland to get them go through my car as I had to call nrma and even they could not believe how bolts and hoses where not fixed correctly
