Mark was found very nice and helpful. I contacted him three weeks ago because of some noises in my roof space that I though was made by possums. Marked came and inspected my house. He diagnosed the problem was rat but not possum. He placed rodent baits, helped blocked entry holes, and provided some good advices that how to make it difficult for mice to access the house. He even helped replaced a cracked tile on the roof. Two weeks later, Mark called and revisited my house to assess the outcome, and added some more baits. I would say Mark's service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. I would be happy to use his service again.

Mark came to take care of my possum problem and he went above and beyond what all other pest control companies have done in the past. He made sure all access points were secured and filled holes where necessary - not something I am in a position to do. He is very professional and charming to deal with and his price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend him!

Extremely happy customer - Mark went above and beyond. He came over for a free possum removal quote within hours of my call (another company charged $180 just for a quote, which they couldn't do for a week), he was affordable and threw in a pet safe bait box at no extra charge when I asked for his assistance in removing a mouse from the kitchen. The possum was gone the day he installed the one way door, and we haven't heard a peep since. Peace has been restored in our household, and we can finally get same sleep. Mark called me a few days later to make sure there were no issues, and on hearing I didn't have the correct tools to install a weather strip on the door to stop rodents entering the house he came over and installed it himself! Next level customer service. I cannot recommend him enough.
