Very professional, best place to buy real estate, Nick is an outstanding agent

It is very disappointing that you hold my bond when I had the property cleaned, found new tenants to take over my lease despite paying re-let and advertisement fees and also paid an extra $100 to compensate your property owner for allegedly losing 2 days of rent when you have advertised that the Property wont be ready til Feb 8 despite submitting a notice to you that I will be vacating by Feb 6? You hold my bond because I could not find an $80 ceiling fan remote when you could have just asked me to pay for it so it's faster. Now that the bond has been held up, it will take few weeks or so to get that sorted. Sure, fair enough I broke my lease but I paid my dues, found you a tenant. You did not advertise WEEKS later despite putting in my notice in December. The property was vacated Feb 1, bond clean done Feb 4 - the tenant I found for you would have signed the lease earlier had it not been for the oversight on your end but I WILLINGLY PAID for it because I wanted my bond back quicker. I did not have a key to the balcony sliding door until a year later when I pushed for getting one. I will never recommend this company. To prospective tenants and property owners, please think twice. There are plenty of other options out there.

Having rented from a couple different Real Estates in the area over the past few years, I can genuinely say Williams Real Estate has been by far the best. When I originally signed a lease with Williams, they were understanding of the circumstances and incredibly helpful in keeping me updated on my application progress, even past business hours.Georgia, specifically, has been my property manager for the majority of the time, and has always been super responsive to emails and on the ball with anything that needs following up. She’s very approachable and there has never been a time where I’ve felt like my concerns as a tenant were bothersome or irritating. It’s incredibly refreshing to have a property manager like Georgia who is so approachable, professional, and transparent, making sure she keeps you in the loop via email on any issue that’s being actioned. The wider team have also always been lovely when I’ve had to pop into the office or call, like when I accidentally locked myself out of the house a couple weeks ago and needed to quickly borrow the agent key.The office is also in a very convenient location within Indooroopilly, which makes the process of grabbing keys at the beginning of the lease and handing in any physical documents super easy. I particularly love that routine inspection notices are sent out with plenty of time (typically 10 days notice), and that I also receive a courtesy text a couple days prior as a reminder. I also really like that they use the Console Tenant app, where I can view to what date rent is paid up to, the length of my lease, and also have the ability to action any maintenance items straight on the app and see a record of them in one place. Williams has also, without fault, always sent out a rent receipt the day after I’ve paid rent, which ensures I know that rent has been received and paid.Couldn’t ask for a better Real Estate than Williams or property manager than Georgia.
