Unethical business practices. I recommend not signing any paper work from this company. All they had to say when I raised issues was ‘well you shouldn’t have signed’.Misrepresented themselves dropping Google this and Google that.

The most unprofessional service to deal with. The video quality was about as good as a 15 year old iphone. I don't know if they actually know about google seo and social media marketing at all. I would steer clear and find an actual marketing company, not salesmen on the road

Came into my business for a google “check up” that would take 5 minutes. Ended up paying for Kay to set up an Apple Maps profile. I was made to pay on the spot. I was also prompted to give a review on the spot which was off putting. After spending approximately an hour in my shop on my iPad I was told there was an issue and he would complete it that night. The next day he came in and requested a bill to confirm my address. This transaction occurred on the 22nd of May. Today is the 30th June and it is still not done. I followed up Kay twice. He also came into the store while my staff were working and tried to sign up their partners business (on my iPad on my time) I have now contacted sally and asked for a refund as the service was not provided that I paid for. Sally took 2 days to ring me back. I have emailed bank account details for my refund and have been ignored. I have called again with no reply. A lot of these reviews were made under pressure by the sales person on the spot, I know because I’ve spoken to the business directly.don’t deal with this company.
