Took my 97 Ford Explorer SUV in today on a very short notice booking for a front wheel alignment.They fixed another competitor's bad alignment in less than 15min.The staff from the service desk to the guys performing the work were friendly straight forward with NO BS and actually know what they are doing.I took my SUV for a decent drive afterwards to check out the handling and it was spot on correct.So I returned to the guys to let them know I'm happy with the work i thanked them and said I'll continue to take my SUV back to them anytime it needs the extra attention..My overall experience was definitely 10/10.

Friendly and humble staff. Attention to details. Very professional and responsive to all queries. I had my car four tyres changed along with wheel alignment. Very competitive in market with peace of mind 12 month warranty. Job was done to complete satisfaction. Will recommend highly.

Great service helped me in a emergency puncture repair even though they were busy. All other tyre company's in the area couldn't of cared less as they where busy...will be back great service and care.

I noticed a screw in my tyre today, went to a local garage who examined it and said they couldn't repair due to its placement (the machinery they use) and they didn't have a tyre in stock.Went to 2 large tyre garages in Hoppers Crossing at midday, the first said the staff were on lunch (there were 5 guys standing there), the second said they would book me in tomorrow (not too useful when you have a puncture!). I then went to Tyreplus, was greeted very friendly by the receptionist and the guy working alongside her looked at my car within a couple of minutes. He removed the screw and advised no air was coming out so no repair was needed. Simple, efficient and friendly.Shocking to think that I would have been sold a new tyre in the first garage that morning if they had stock!We will definitely use Tyreplus in future, thanks guys

First time dealing with Tyreplus Hoppers Crossing, it won't be the last.I'm not one that usually deals with companies online,I would ask family members for recommendations or someone that my husband knows. Wasn't getting anywhere with the others. Did a quick search online,sent an email and got a response within the next working day.
