Ordered stock without an invoice. And was promised them. Then emails back saying one product is going g to be over a 3 week wait with no eta. Refuses to refund the order. Would avoidKerri - how do I provide details if you've left no way to get in contact. Just proves again that you aren't willing to help

I got Gary, good bloke good service. The first guy was good too maybe Adam? Anyway everyone I have interacted with has been easy to get along with and helpful. Going the extra mile to say what line number to push and what to ask for a part pick up. Good mob!

I've been down to Suttons twice in the last couple of days... Ordered online the first time and did a pick up the same day !! The boys on the counter were very efficient and professional..... they certainly know their job. On the second occasion I messaged an enquiry to Suttons and Kerri responded with an answer... no problem at all . This time I popped in again and did an over the counter cash sale ....no hassle at all.!!!.. My brother even bought a couple of oil filters and we left impressed with the operation. If you're looking for genuine Holden parts and even the opposition brands I highly recommend you visit Suttons at Lidcombe.
