Unfortunately my experience with blue care has been terrible.1. Takes so long to get through to them on the phone.2. Changes are made with services and not been notified about it.3. Changes made and getting phone call on the same day and same time informing about rescheduling which is very inconvenient to my schedule and they do not understand that.4. There is no opportunity for me to reschedule especially considering point 3 where I have had to adjust to their schedule several times.Looking to change service provider.
