Spec Design Studio

We were looking for help with our renovation and build process and we simply didn’t know where to start. Without Sarah we would probably still be wondering how to begin. Sarah worked tirelessly with us as we changed and refined our plans and vision for our house. Not only did Sarah help us choose wonderful finishes, she managed the draftsman, engineers as well as the tender process and project managing the build for us. Sarah always made herself available for us, was across all the details and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. Sarah’s planning and initial diligence meant we came in on time and pretty close to budget. Ultimately, we now have a house that is more functional but also far more beautiful than we ever could’ve imagined ourselves. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home, and would happily recommend Spec Design Studio.

Sarah is nothing short of amazing. She constantly over delivers and from the very beginning truly understood me and what we were after. She is incredibly talented, and wouldn’t settle until both her and I were absolutely loving every part of the concept. Her style is amazing and she has opened my eyes to so many different design feature that I would never have discovered on my own. I would totally recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a partner to create their dream space.

Spec Design was definitely thrown in the deep end on the latest project we undertook together. Circumstances surrounding the client wanting to completely redesign the selections post commencement of construction, caused me as the Building Designer to reach out to Sarah to redo all all her previous specifications as construction was in progress. If it weren't for the efforts of Sarah going above and beyond her scope of works, dealing with massive communication issues with a non-English speaking client who resides overseas, and responding to the ever present pressures from the builder who needed selections made, I do not believe that I would have gotten through the project in sound mind, or would we have ended up with such a superb finished product.Daniel BriffaAdan Creative Designs

I found Sarah extremely Knowledgeable with various Joinery Products. Her design was very well detailed and all usable spaces for each cabinet , was thought out, to maximize wasted space. Great selection of hardware, for a great Kitchen.
