Very Beautiful...on the way there from Casino...take the Bulmurs Rd turn off ...You go past some lovely old homesteads ...macadamians...avocados...then thru the park...

Mallanganee look out is fantastic 360 degree views, looking to the east you can see as far as My Warning to the west you look out to the New England Pateau, to the north Richmond range and south the Hogarth range. The cafe before you turn in is fantastic place for brekky or a takeaway coffee. Across the road is the Richmond range NP and many little trails going off main road to walk and discover the bush.

Lovely escape from Brisbane to the country. Village has basic needs . The Mallanganee Pub has the Best, Huge Pizzas, and other great food, good prices too.

Been too much logging here in the past, though a great bush place to visit. Rough roads into the parks better suited to 4x4
