The artists that work here are so talented. It's just a real treat and I always feel spoilt when I buy something from here.

e.g.etal is my favorite weakness! The artists work is stunning and provide a full spectrum of bespoke and unique pieces. The entire team is knowledgeable and has great relationships with the artist and communicates wonderfully.I've attached a picture of some of my treasures but there are so many more!

Hello Friends, Today I picked up my Eternal Love Ring by Suzi (can't remember her last name) and it is stunning. This ring commemorates the beloved friendship I had with my long term companion animal who I had to euthanise recently. I was devastated, but I picked this gorgeous ring and have had it engraved with my pet's name. The staff at e.g.etal are extremely helpful, giving great advice, and wonderful customer service. I think this boutique jewellery place is exceptional, with so much to chose from. I will come back to e.g.etal for any rings in the future, and of course it's a wonderful place to buy a gift for someone special.

Great customer service - the team went out of their way to send pictures and find me the most beautiful piece of jewellery. Such a positive experience and loo forward to shopping with them into the future. They represent a number of amazing jewellers. Highly recommended.

The customer service and director of this store were horrendous rude, condescending and extremely uncaring. They gave my partner the wrong information in relation to a ring he bought to surprise me on my birthday. He was told to bring it back within two weeks which we did and proceeded to tell us that they wouldn’t accept it because it was worn..for less than two weeks mind you. We were told there was wear and tear and they could not resell it regardless of the fact that they told my partner he could return it within two weeks and the receipt never mentioned not wearing it whatsoever. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. The ladies in the shop are horrible. DO NOT GO THERE. If you are looking for genuine care and support you WONT find it there!

My partner Will and I recently got engaged and decided to commission our rings from eg.etal, all of the staff that we communicated with were excellent at their jobs and were generally just lovely people. Asides from this the actual rings themselves are stunning and we could not be more pleased by the end result. Please go into their store, the range and quality of the jewellery is stunning. Highly recommend.
