This new pizza place just opened recently in Tempe. The food is authentic Italian and truly amazing. The owners are talented and passionated about the real pizza.Quality of products is very high level.Is a MUST to try if you are in Sydney.Well done guys

What a fantastic little pizzaria. Can't recommend it enough.We had the garlic pizza, salumi lover, salsicciotta and the nutella desert. Everything was amazing.Frankie was a great host. Very accommodating and personally introduced himself to every party and asked about each person.While the wines where nice my only recommendation would be to extend the wine list and maybe add some Italian wines or allow BYO.Definitely worth coming here!

This has become our new favourite pizza restaurant - with awesome tasting pizza and friendly service. Our kids love the 'Mickey Mouse' pizza and the staff are great at accommodating their requests (cheese, no cheese, no tomato and other combos). The adult pizza's are also fantastic. Parking is easy just outside the restaurant as well - we will definitely return to try other pizza's. Highly recommended!

run by two italian brothers who are extremely hospitable and welcoming.the pizza is incredible. the fried gnocchi is incredible. pistachio tiramisu, incredible. cannot recommend this place enough.

Very impressive new pizzeria!!!Francesco and Mattia are professionals of the trade and serve up authentic Napoletana style pizza and antipasti with warm and friendly hospitality.The gnocchi fritti are a must try - three soft puffy pizza dough discs topped with delicious truffle ricotta, beautiful San Marzano tomato and prosciutto. The pizzas are exceptional - cooked to perfection with a crisp base with a bit of chewiness to it and topped just right with some great ingredients. Favourite was the vegetarian calzone which is not on the menu but the guys were more than willing to accommodate.Given this place was full on a Sunday night after just opening a week earlier I am sure it will be a big hit.The pistachio tiramisu is also a nice caffeine free twist on the original that the kids enjoyed.Look forward to visiting again.

Lil Franky oozes hospitality, with brothers Franky and Mattia a big part of the attraction at this new Tempe pizzeria. The first thing I noticed while driving down the Princes Highway was the sign’s clever font work. Intrigued enough to look them up online, I saw nicely blistered, wood-fired pizza bases, and resolved to pay them a visit. As a starter, Lil Franky’s fluffy clouds ($18/3)—or gnocco fritto—are fried golden pillows of lard-enriched dough. They come with three different toppings: San Marzano tomatoes with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, smoked cheese and prosciutto, and—my favourite—truffled ricotta and marinated eggplant.Team them with your favourite tipple from a succinct booze list boasting three cocktails, one red, one white and one pink wine, and a couple of beers. The Negroni ($18) and the pinot grigio ($12/glass) were both affable pizza companions. So is a super simple salad of fresh creamy burrata, tomatoes and basil ($18).While Southern Italians are best known for pizza rosse (red-based pizza) the single page menu does offer up three pizza bianche (white-based pizza). I bucked tradition for a 13-inch Don Mario ($29) that teamed thin slices of porchetta, smoked cheese and wafer-thin rosemary potatoes on a well-charred base that was both puffy and light. Heeding Francesco’s recommendation, we teamed a single shared pizza with homemade gnocchi ($31) where six plump potato dumplings stuffed with truffle paste came dressed only in fresh basil, Parmigiano-Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil. Lil Franky is a spot where simple food made with love and delivered with genuine hospitality really shines.
