Initially my engagement with Shane was positive however as time went on, he became unresponsive to me and failed to pass on communication from the other side's legal representation. I was receiving nil communication from Shane despite numerous attempts to try and receive updates or advice. Eventually, i had to find new legal representation due to the non engagement and unresponsiveness and Shane took lots of prompting and requests to hand the file over to my new legal representation. This resulted in another significant delay. Eventually, i was made to not feel like a priority and this caused a tremendous amount of stress on what was already a difficult legal situation. Absolutely would not recommend.

I engaged Hum Law for assistance with a family law financial agreement and Shane offered a competitive fixed cost in return for a Google review to help grow their online profile. Shane was incredibly responsive to begin with (checking emails on evenings and weekends) which tapered off over time, but the replies were still prompt during business hours. Overall Shane made the process very easy for me and I would use Hum Law again in future.
