Fixed up a battery on a 2015 ipod touch... like it's crazy how they had the knowledge and the parts for a 8 year old device! Special thanks to Sharon for helping me! She was so pleasant!

Visited their new store in Marrickville Metro and purchased a iPhone/iPad stand recommended by the staff.Unfortunately the stand kept falling over during presentations while trying to hold an iPad on the stand. Took the stand back to the store under 2 weeks later, for a refund as the stand was not fit for purpose. Staff refused to honour a refund of the faulty not fit for purpose stand - only offering a store credit which was only valid for 12 months. Have logged a complaint with the ACCC

Went in with a faulty charger port and battery in my phone. The team was able to replace the battery and gave the clean the charger port, saving me some money.Only took them an hour and a half to repair, and made sure to test the phone before and after the repairs.
