Great communication from the get go and were very accommodating with a time to suit my busy life, so nice not to have to book out half my day for a one hour job! Chris did a fantastic job, the carpets look like new again and the sad old loungeroom rug look amasing. Thanks for a great job, will happily use this company again.

After a burst drain in the kitchen, Tony came out to help us out with our soaking carpets. He is a wealth of knowledge and walked us through the entire process, even coming out on a weekend to bring another blower to speed up the drying process. Our carpet look as good as new once East Coast were finished. Also appreciated the other blokes on the team who came out a couple of time to check on us and do the couch. Honestly, could not have asked for a better experience. Cheers guys!

Chris did an amazing job. Carpets came up so clean and smell good. So pleased Chris was able to get rid of the cat pee stains and smell from my naughty cat. Tony and Alecia are also so helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.Will definitely ask East Coast Carpet and Pest to visit again in 6 months for another carpet clean. Highly recommend.

Travis did a fabulous job cleaning my fabric dining chairs. I thought they were past redemption but he has brought them back to looking almost new. I wish I had taken before/after shots. The same with my fabric lounge which we share with our pets. He was so thorough in his process. My carpets also came up looking great. Thank you Travis, I know who to ask for next time I book.

I now know why Chris and his team have such phenomenal reviews! From the moment I made the initial enquiry, the team where attentive, personable and the pricing was super competitive. The team sent reminders leading up to my appointment then I was informed when they about to arrive. Chris was professional with the set up of the equipment and in was seemed like no time at all I ended up with Carpets that looked like brand new! If only he was Brisbane based... what a credit he is to the local area.
