Large range of products, lots of staff all friendly and willing to help. Some of the products seemed a bit pricey but perhaps I'm not familiar enough with what pool and spa supplies cost.

I so highly recommend Eco WaterMart Epping to all pool owners. We have only had our pool for 3 years and it has been a big learning curve for me around maintenance and upkeep. James and his amazing team have been nothing but informative and supportive with me around securing safe use of the pool for myself and my family. They are all so customer service focused and orientated, their prices are very fair and you just cant pay for the knowledge they impart to their customers. James is a total legend. We have some tricky stormwater pits on our sloping block, and I've been futzing around for YEARS trying to get them all setup and working correctly. Most plumbers didn't want anything to do with it, and the irrigation supply stores I've dealt with previously didn't have much clue either. James knew exactly how to solve the problems, had all the parts, and great advice. I was sorted in 20 minutes, and by the end of the weekend, everything is fixed, and I can now sleep tight when it rains, knowing that stormwater is handled. Thank you James!

James is an absolute legend!! Back in 2013, James helped me to design an irrigation system for our home - and supplied everything I needed. The system worked flawlessly over many years!
