Eastside Mitsubishi

Traded in an outlander for a Pajero sport. Excellent service and pain free transaction. Grindon helped me out and was extremely friendly and accomodating as I was travelling distance to trade in. Vehicle was better than expected and was back in the road in short time. 10/10 would recommend.

I had my Pajero Sport serviced last week at Eastside Mitsubishi (30,000K)Arrived in the morning to drop it off and apologised for the dirty condition of it as I had been clearing my Dads estate and always have the dogs in the back, so it was pretty filthy, well organised picked up the loaner car.They called my in the arvo to inform me my car was ready.Drove down to Eastside and was surprised they had cleaned it.Very happy with everything, they fixed everything I had asked.Highly recommend them.Great job guys.See ya next time.CheersMoz

If your looking for good customer service then this is not your dealership. Other reviews i read prior to visiting mentioned similar things and i went in with an open mind. Sadly its all true your better off going elsewhere. I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend to another person.

Our Mitsubishi outlander purchase in 2009 was one of our best decisions. The car has been super reliable, great for everything from 7 people moving around the city to never needing to use chains to the snow. It's comfortable with plenty of power, reasonable economy, and handles well. I've done all its servicing at Eastside Mitsubishi and am very happy. It's a great location, a very friendly and helpful team of people. I usually wait in the Customer lounge, working in a great setting. Highly recommend.

Just bought a black Triton GSR from TJ. It was my first ute so I didn't know what options to fit so I made a lot of changes while waiting for the car but TJ was very kind, patient, and helpful. Thanks for the help and such a awesome ute. Will come here to service the car and purchase another car for the family in the near future.Many Thanks

Received my ASX 3 weeks ago and I can simply say I made the right choice , love it .Rozli she was great from the day 1 of ordering the vehicle to the day she handover to us .She was very professional, attentive and highly skilled .

Rude sales representatives. Won't communicate politely. When arrange test drive, throw the license back at you like trash. Didn't expect this kind the customer service existed.

Great experience. Was looking to trade my car and found a car they had that I wanted to swap over for. Sibo (Sales Agent) was ever so helpful and assisted in getting me all the info that was required to get the deal done. He even gave me a good offer for the trade over the phone and honoured it when I got there, No if's or buts or BS. Most of it was done over SMS too. He knew I had to drive 3hrs plus to get to him and he made sure the car was detailed, new tyres, service done and threw in 12 months roadside assistance as a bonus!!!! All I had to do was drive there, do the swap pay the difference and drive back home. Would definitely recommend doing business with them as they are good at it and not like the other 3 dealerships I spoke and all i got was. Come here and we will talk"... Well done Eastside Mitsubishi you have won me as a future customer!"

I enjoyed the experience of buying my new car due to the attention I received from everyone from sales TJ, finance, service, aftermarket lady and reception staff whenever our paths crossed. A special thank you to TJ who was rather patient with me at the start till I decided what I wanted, he obviously went out of his way to give me a good experience - which he most certainly did - without him making it look like an effort. For me its a 10 out of 10 for the whole experience and as above especially for TJ's attention to giving me a wonderful experience and a good run through on the cars features.. thanks to everyone at Eastside Mitsubishi... I went to service my triton and install tow bar. Just wanted to say thanks to John from the service department as he was very kind and helpful. I'll be going here for my regular servicing.
